Stone Polishing Machinery Innovates with Environmental Protection Technology

Stone polishing machinery has launched environmental protection upgrades to solve the problems of dust pollution and high energy consumption in traditional processing. The production process optimizes the mechanical structure, integrating a high-efficiency dust collection system that can capture more than 95% of the dust generated during polishing, reducing air pollution and protecting the health of operators. The core motor adopts energy-saving design, which reduces energy consumption by a certain proportion while ensuring power output.
The polishing head uses multi-layer abrasive discs with adjustable rotation speed, which can adapt to polishing of granite, marble, quartz stone and other different stone materials, achieving a smooth and bright surface effect. The machinery is equipped with a pressure control system that adjusts the polishing pressure according to the hardness of the stone, avoiding damage to the stone surface. The operation interface is intelligent, supporting automatic adjustment of polishing parameters and batch processing of stone materials. The production process uses corrosion-resistant materials for key parts to adapt to the humid environment of stone processing. In addition, the waste water generated during processing can be recycled through the built-in water treatment device, realizing resource reuse. This upgrade balances processing efficiency, polishing quality and environmental protection, meeting the green development needs of the stone processing industry.
