Glass edging machinery has achieved precision upgrades through intelligent technology, meeting the high requirements of glass deep processing for edge quality. The production process uses high-precision bearings and transmission components to ensure stable operation of the edging head, reducing vibration and improving processing smoothness. The intelligent edge detection system can automatically identify the shape and thickness of glass, and adjust the edging angle and speed in real time to ensure consistent edge quality.
The machinery supports straight edge, bevel edge and round edge edging processing, adapting to different glass products such as doors and windows, mirrors and decorative glass. The edging head is equipped with diamond grinding wheels with different particle sizes, which can realize rough grinding, fine grinding and polishing in one go, simplifying processing procedures. The control system stores multiple processing programs, which can be quickly called according to different product requirements.
