Glass Double Edging Machine

PLC control system
The system is stable and reliable, completely solving the old problems of lag and freezing. It effectively prevents production stoppages and financial losses caused by equipment failures. Ensuring continuous, stable, efficient, and safe operation for our customers.
Dual Servo Independent Drive Structure
Open-close transmission is driven by Inovance brand servo motor and equipped with a new high-speed ball screw. The length of the rotation of the screw is longer and faster, which greatly improves the production efficiency.
Stainless steel guide rail channel
The lower guide rail has been upgraded from the plastic structure to full stainless steel, which not only greatly increases the wear resistance of the material, but also extends the service life of the machine.
Installation & Training
Q: How do I install the machine?
A: Manuals are provided. On-site installation is available at the Buyer’s request (Buyer covers travel & accommodation costs, USD 150/day per technician).
Q: What if installation is delayed?
A: Any delay caused by the Buyer will be the Buyer’s responsibility and cost.
Q: Online installation possible?
A: Yes, in case of Force Majeure, online guidance and training will be provided.
Warranty
Q: How long is the warranty?
A: 12 months from installation or 18 months from delivery, whichever comes first.
Q: What's covered?
A: Quality-related part failures will be replaced free of charge. On-site service costs are borne by the Buyer.
Q: What's not covered?
A: Damage from improper use, maintenance errors, and normal wear-and-tear parts.

Main Function:
The glass double edging machines are specialized equipment for processing double edges of flat glass automatically. with PLC control, coarse grinding, fine grinding and polishing have been done in one processing travel. Also two double edging machines could make up a production line,which is of high capacity.
