This machine is a universal model developed by our company for the market, which can grind various flat stone materials into different sizes and thicknesses. It can be adjusted according to the different sizes of the stone, and can grind the right angle bottom edge and 45°right angle bottom edge of various flat stone materials.
As shown in the above figure, No.1-5 grinding head is for grinding rough edge, No.6-9 grinding heads are for grinding and polishing the bottom edge, No.10-12 heads are 3 chamfer heads for front beveling edge, No.13 head is one head for cutting 44.5°beveling edge, easy to operate, and easy to maintain. When the machinery is used normally, it is equivalent to the workload of 20 people for normal stone processing, and the occurrence of process defects caused by manual processing is eliminated.

1. Safe operation 
Workers should read the product manual carefully before operating this machine， shall be equipped with full-time personnel, the training mount guard; Non-full-time personnel are strictly prohibited from operating on the job. Before starting the machine, it is necessary to carefully check whether the mechanical, electrical, pneumatic and cooling systems of the machine are normal. If any abnormality is found, the machine should be stopped immediately and reported to the professional maintenance personnel. Only after the fault is eliminated can the machine be restarted. It is essential to keep the electrical control cabinet clean and well-ventilated at all times. It is strictly forbidden to strike the cabinet or stack any miscellaneous items inside. When the machine is in operation, it is strictly forbidden to open the electrical cabinet door and the back door of the machine body to avoid adverse consequences. When entering the important work area, it is necessary to wear safe clothing, gloves, glasses and rain boots. Operating this machine is a must.

2. The security issues that should be paid attention to in operation: 
(1)The existing plate processing machine, the panel is not recommended transmission speed, if you want to adjust, can be suspended in the sheet, standby there is no plate, can adjust to the desired speed. 

(2)For the first time starting transmission chain, must after the 30 seconds, just can put a plate for processing.

(3)If the thickness of loose encoder by the fastening or reset after zero, or a machine to use a long time have accumulated error, mechanical clearance in thickness parameter correction image correction thickness (see the picture instructions P18), to eliminate the thickness error. 

(4)Often should check the water tank, when the water level below the pump can be water level, water immediately, so as not to damage the grinding wheel and the plate. 

(5)Users should regularly check all lubricating points of lubrication, timely refueling, grease, to ensure the machining accuracy of machine. 

(6)Note that when into sheet, must be sent in place at a time. Because when the sheet material touches the initial limit switch, regardless of whether the sheet material is fed in or not, the system will consider it as having been fed in, and all subsequent actions will be completed as instructed. (7)When the machine is running, operators should care.
