A: Manuals are provided. On-site installation is available at the Buyer’s request (Buyer covers travel & accommodation costs, USD 150/day per technician).

A: Any delay caused by the Buyer will be the Buyer’s responsibility and cost.
Q: Online installation possible?
A: Yes, in case of Force Majeure, online guidance and training will be provided.
Warranty
Q: How long is the warranty?
A: 12 months from installation or 18 months from delivery, whichever comes first.
Q: What's covered?
A: Quality-related part failures will be replaced free of charge. On-site service costs are borne by the Buyer.
Q: What's not covered?
A: Damage from improper use, maintenance errors, and normal wear-and-tear parts.
